It sounds like you need a joint extension. These are stems and eyelets that reach out from an operator and allow compatibility with a rod. We do sell a few different parts that might work for you, but it will depend entirely on the make of the existing operator. Would it be possible to see a few photos of the hardware in question? Can you also tell me who made the window? I will then check to see if any of our parts would be applicable.
