parts needed

A home owner from Northern California says:

We have your bi-fold mirror doors. They were installed in around 2005.

The bottom pin is loose from the bottom slide. I'm not sure if the "pin" itself needs replaced but it is no longer anchored to the round plastic glider at the bottom.

Do we need to remove the doors to replace those little pieces?

Please help.

Many thanks.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 23-409 corner connector to yours. This part is commonly used with the 23-115 top and 21-092 bottom pivot. You would need to remove the door and place it on a stable surface to remove the original hardware and compare them to the specifications shown on our product pages. Thank you!
