Thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be the S795-27 Channel Balance. These come assembled with the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe.

Our balances have a different stamp rating than yours but I believe our 27E option will work to replace your 26 5 stamp. This stamp option can support a sash weighing 26 to 30lbs.
