Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need but I'll need to see one more detail to confirm the right replacement. I'll need to see a photo of the pulley system connected to the spring in the center of the balance. You may need to find an undamaged balance, with one in tact.

Once I have this photo I'll be able to provide you with a recommendation for the part you need.

Thanks for the photos!  Your balances are either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to select the 2640 stamp option.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Keep in mind, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.
