Hello, We should be able to supply you with replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order since none of our stock balances are offered with the same setup as yours. We've sent you a custom order link with a price quote for two balances but there are a few things you should consider before placing an order. First, the stamp for a 33" balance would be 33E, instead of the 32E on your original balance. This stamp supports a window sash between 30-34 pounds. As long as your window falls in this weight range, you should have no problems. Also, our balance comes with a 15-043 clip at the end of the balance cord and 19-036 top mount screw support for installation. If yours installs with different hardware, please let us know and send us a photo so that we can make sure your replacement balance will work in your window Thank you! |
