Hello there. This looks like an old Malta screen clip that is unfortunately no longer made. We recommend trying to use the 70-204 Latch with Ball Head as a substitute, though I can't be certain it will work. Unfortunately it is the best alternative we can offer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
