Would like a replacement handle, inside and outside with outside key lock for this door. 3 15/16" screw spacing. Black/bronze in color. Door width is 1 3/8"

Hello,

Your handle resembles the 82-003 sliding door handle with the same 3-15/16" hole spacing. Note that this handle set is designed for 1" thick doors, so you may need to reuse your original screws if your door measures 1-3/8".
