Your balance resembles the Series 770 channel balance. The 28HD stamp does not directly translate to our spring strength stamp options. To further review, are you able to provide the length of the metal channel and the weight of the window sash?

For the pivot shoe, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. Thank you!
