A quick learner from pittsburgh pa says:
June 15, 2023
my tube is 31 in long
.5 in or 9\16 wide with out color tip
please help determine replacement ty

Hello there!

Do you have a tilt window? If you do and if the outer tube diameter is 9/16", I would recommend the Series 600. You will also have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper color tip option. There's a chart under the product description on the S600-31 store page that will tell you which option is best based on the sash weight.
