swisco 03087.67 hinges

A contractor from Chicago says:

I have these two hinges that I need to replace. They both list the same number on the hinge but there are two different types. I need 11 of the type with the broken circle and 42 of the ones with the full circle. Am I able to purchase these exact hinges? I found replacements elsewhere but they didn't work.
