I also need both of the lower pivots and two of the screws.

I'm not sure if we can supply an exact replacement for your pivot bar but we've related a few similar options on this page for you to review. 

As for your tilt latch, I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 to an undamaged version of your part from the other side or another window. Thanks for posting!
