vinyl basement window keeper insert

A home owner from Drums PA says:
I do not know the manufacturer of the window. It is a basement window made of vinyl. I think it is called a keeper .I tried glue but it doesn't hold .Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Hello,

Your cam handle reminds me of the 38-060 but the dimensions would be the determining factor, paying close attention to the 1-1/2" hole spacing. We also offer the 38-059 opposite-handed version. These locking handles are used with the 38-108 keeper. I can't guarantee that this would work for your application since it is a different style than your original keeper but take a look and see what you think.
