window balance

I am looking for the correct replacement balance for single hung windows. The pictures are of one of them. It is a CALDWELL 29 3 LP.

Please review the style of the Series 395 channel balance as a replacement. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 30" long and you will need a 2930 stamp option. Take a look and let me know if you have any additional questions!
