window balancers

A contractor from North Carolina says:

i need to replace several of these balancers. They are 28.5 inches long. The plastic on them has deteriorated and they no longer work.

Thanks for posting. These crossbow-type balances are no longer made. You can replace it with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below shows how to do this entire conversion process. See below.
