I have attached the photo of the window channel balance. the length is 21 inches and the width is 5/8 inch.
the marking on the bottom plastic is PAT 460108
I believe it is american craftsmen Block and tackle with T pivot locking shoe.
The window series is 2100 NFRC MFG CODE: SIL Series 2100 Dual grazed Vinyl single hung.
th lenght of the metal is 21 inches.

Thanks for reaching out! Take a look at part S795-21, to determine the option you'll need to select at checkout, you will need to confirm that from the metal channel. If there are not stamps/markings you will need to obtain the exact weight of the window. The shoe appears to be our 15-195B, Open Cam T-Lock Balance shoe. Keep in mind this shoe is sold separately from the balance, so you will need to make sure to add it to the cart. Take a look at the linked video for instructions on how to swap out the shoes.
