Hi Vanessa,

Thanks for reaching out! The balances you are searching for appear to be our Series 795 Balances with a 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. Since your balances have a hook installed to the top of them and the installation hole for the hook is circular in shape, they will need to be custom assemblies. 

That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these custom assemblies. If you would like a larger quantity of balances, please let me know and I'll be happy to update the quote for you.
