Do you have this Atrium door lock assembly?

A quick learner from Port Republic, NJ says:

I have an atrium wood door. The lock was frozen and broke. I need a replacement for it. Do you have one. The door is 15 yrs old it has windows on both sides of door and glass is same size as door.
