double hung casement window adjustment

A quick learner from north texas says:
hi, i have roto cranking gear for my double hung casement vinyl windwows, that i bought from 84 lumber 9 years agao, i dont recall the brand name, i found you guys when i searched the word "Roto" i have 3 of these and they are 5'6 x 6'1. Each window has one leaning sash. I cant find any adjustment nuts or anything to straighten up the leaning sash. The wind blows rain in through the seal between the sash and window case. Is there anyway to adjust?

I'm actually not sure what part your need. We would like to see some photos of the hardware itself to get some idea. You also say that your sashes lean. Maybe you need to replace the hinges. Take a look at 36-013-10. Could that solve your problem? We also have a video that may help.
