I'm not sure what your question is. Are you looking for replacements for these parts? If so, it's hard to tell based on damaged hardware. The pivot shoe might be something like our 26-377. Look that over and see what you think.

As for the pivot shoe, do you have an undamaged version we can see? Check on the opposite side of the window and let me know. Please also tell us the width and thickness.
