We have come across this problem before. Unfortunately, we don't have a taller keeper for you. I still want to see if we can help you, though. Let's start with the most common issue first.
Some companies that manufacture windows won't put metal stiffing bars inside the horizontal bars in the sashes, which in turn causes the bottom rail, top rail, or even both to bow. You might have this problem. Most of the time you can take the sash apart, straighten out the rails and put the sash back together. Hopefully that fixes your problem. |
