help me find balance

A quick learner from Fair Oaks Ca says:
Hi,

The channel is 20 inches long.
The bottom shoe has wings and measures about 3/4.
The top shoe does not have wings and measures 1 1/16.

Please see additional pictures attached.

Thanks for posting. Before I can confirm what Series channel balance you have, I'll have to figure out what your bottom shoe is. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?
A quick learner from Fair Oaks CA says:
so are you saying you do not have a bottom shoe that matches my measurements? If you looked at my bottom shoe measurements, you would notice that i put 3/4, so the 1 inch would be the one that is closest. But am I able to use this as it is not the same size I have today? I also told you that my bottom shoe has wings. Both of these parts do not have wings. PLease advise.

Thanks for getting back to us! I think you're getting your top and bottom shoe mixed up. In your images, the part that has wings is the top shoe, our 19-005, and the one that does not is the bottom shoe, either our 15-001 or 15-002.

Take a look at the images for the 15-001 and 15-002. This should clear things up. The depths are 1-1/8" and 1", respectively. Make sure you only measure that part of the shoe.

I guess it is the 1 1/8. That is the part that I measured before. The stamp is 1940

Awesome! Take a look at the S395-20 with the option of 1940. Let me know if you need any further help.
