identify channel balance

A landlord from Oakland, CA says:
I need to replace the channel balances on 2 windows.

The old balance on the smaller window is stamped "1490 DL 15". The metal channel is 15" and the "U" is 9/16 x 5/8.

The window weighs 17 lbs without the channel balances.

The old balance on the larger window is stamped "2690 28", even though the metal channel only measures 27". The "U" is also 9/16 x 5/8.

The window weighs 27 lbs without the channel balances.

The windows are NOT tilt-out windows. I do not know if the broken channel balances are original equipment, or if they are replacements.

Your series S390-15/1460 and S390-27/2650 look like the best fit, but it's hard to tell if the top and shoe are correct.

Thank you.

Thanks for posting, David. I can't say for sure which Series is best based on this information. The only way to know for sure is to compare the dimensions we show for those nylon attachments to your own.
