Help identifying tilt window hardware

A landlord from Dayton, OH says:
Please help me identify these parts.
1. I need a left and right tilt latch.
2. I need 2 pivot lock shoes. The dimensions look like your part number 15-135, but it is slightly different in appearance.
3. I need one lock and keeper
4. I need one pivot bar, but I could not remove it to get a better picture. Maybe you can give me some tips.
5. I need one spiral balance, red tip, 35" long and 5/8 dia.

Send me an email and I will send you the rest of the pictures.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Thank you for posting, Jonathan.

1. For the tilt latches, take a look at the 26-228 and 26-229 Tilt Latches.

2. I took a look at the 15-135 Pivot Locking Shoe-- take a look at the 15-129 and see if that matches any closer. You may have to take the shoe out of your window track in order to get an accurate comparison.

You can take a look at the tutorial videos to the right. You'll see a video on how to remove your pivot shoes and how to replace a tilt window spiral balance.

3. Can you give us the distance between screw hole centers on both your lock and keeper?

4. See if the pivot bar is attached to the sash by a screw. Get a set of pliers handy, as you may need them to pull the pivot bar out from the sash.

5. The spiral balance you're referring to is the S600-35.
