looking for replacement part

A quick learner from iowa says:
hello i'm looking for what appears to be a counter balance on a single hung window. the first picture is the only identification numbers I can find. the 2nd picture shows the pivot lock shoe and the broken white plastic counter balance above it.

the white plastic has a thin metal band that is coiled up providing a spring for the window. The set screw on the bottom stripped out and it shot to the bottom of the window busting the bottom of the plastic counter balance out.

i'm searching for a replacement. looking at the design i'm not sure if the counter balance comes separate or if a new pivot lock shoe and counter balance is one replacement part. i'm looking to identify the window manufacture and procure replacement parts window age is approx 12 years old

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your balance shoe appears to match our 15-199. Behind the plastic cover is either a 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or a 3/8" thick Series 165 coil spring. There will also be a number stamped on the original springs you will need to determine the correct option for either Series. The springs connect by hooking their "T" ends in the open slot of the adjoining spring.
