looks like silvereline 39 007 , but mine has no screw holes on inside what i see

A quick learner from toms river nj says:
the handle has come off and opens the windows but can not pull the windows back. its difficult to see where the screws go into the window , you have to go out side and look in the dark space to get to the screws to remove the crank. there are no screws to be seen when i am inside the house. i have a 4 window awning window

It appears that you have a type of cover that's hiding the mounting screws of the operator. I'm not sure, though. See if you can remove the operator from the window to confirm. It might match something like our 39-007 or 39-025. Without seeing the mounting holes, though, it could be anything. See the video below for further insight on what you might have.
