I would like to find some way to repair these. As you can see the pin and screws have rusted away.

It would be nice if our stainless steel 26-437 pivot bar would work, but the holes don't appear to match. Even our 3" 26-089 pivot bar doesn't appear to match, either. If you just want to use one hole, our 26-040 should match the hole spaced 2" from the tip. If that second hole is vital, you could drill it in the 26-040 and install the 33-074 self tapping screw. You would need to use a #35 or 7/64" drill bit for the 6-32 screw size. What do you think?
