my sash balance has fallen apart

A home owner from Nashville says:
my single hung tilt window sash balance assembly had fallen apart. The tilt guide at the bottom has come apart, the rivet pins that hold the spring and tilt guide (shoe?) have fallen out and internal pulley eyelet for spring has broken. I'm attaching photos. The sampling on the side is 34-B.

channel cross section appears to be 1/2" wide and 1/2" tall.

Hello. Based on these pictures, I recommend that you consider our S795-34 channel balance with a 34B stamp option. Check it out and see if you agree.
A quick learner from nashville says:
is the shoe 15/16" like the 15-194?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The shoe that comes with the Series 795 is actually 1-1/4" wide, not 1". You can get the 15-194 separately and simply swap it out with the shoe that comes with the Series 795 if you need the smaller width.
