Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 27" long, based on your stamp. If so, I recommend our S390-27. Let me know if this matches.

The channel is 29" (metal part only I watched the video) from browsing the detailed dimensioned drawings of channel style / top / shoe the best I can up with is the 351 / 29" / 19-002 / 15-002 / 2840. Unless u reply 'no way',,,, I'll order 2.

If your shoe is the 15-002 then I would definitely go with the Series 351 balance, yes. If it's the 15-001, the Series 390 would be better, but it would depend on your depth.

As for the length, go with 29" if that's what you're measuring. I would just recommend weighing the sash to make sure you get the appropriate option. I'm not sure why the manufacturer gave a 26 5 stamp to a 29" balance, but it's possible they had to make some weird last second alteration on-site. It happens.
