need help identifying part

A contractor from west palm beach says:
Hi,, I have some windows that the spring balances do not work, they are the 2320 balances. The reason they do not work is that the stop at the end of the window is snapped. I have attached a picture of an intact stop, please can you help identify it as I need at least 10 of them. thanks
