need replacement parts

Hello,

My name is Dave. I am trying to find replacement spiral balances for my non-tilt windows. Our home was built in 1968 and I'm assuming these are original.

Tube length is 27"
Tube diameter is 5/8"
Tip color is white.
I have attached a picture as well.

I found the 27" Series 500 Spiral Balance which appears to be what I need, but I'm not seeing a white tip option, only red, blue and black. Which tip color would I need to get then?

I appreciate the help.

The White Tip color option was phased out a while ago and replaced with one of the modern options. I recommend weighing your sash and referring to the weight chart on the S500-27 to determine the best choice.
