need to replace side spring assembly for window.

A handy person from Jacksonville Florida says:
Window slams down, will not stay up. I have removed the two aluminum cartrages on the each side of the window. They actually fell out. one is intact, the other the string assembly has come apart from the pulleys. The cartrages are marked "28 3 C H".

I need help figuring out which to order. Attaching a couple pics

Thanks,
Rob

I'm not sure what to recommend. It would come down to our S390-29 or S351-29. The only difference between these two balances is the size of the shoe. You will need to measure yours, then refer to the dimensions we show for each part to confirm the best match.
