need to replace window crank.

A home owner from hilton head says:
This is a Caradco window. The crank is positioned left of middle of the window and the locking mechanism on the right. The long arm of the mechanism measures 11 1/4". I can not open the window enough to measure the shorter piece. Can you help me to identify a replacement part for this? Thank you

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I can't say exactly what you need without knowing the size of the short arm. However, you can start by looking at our 39-156 and 39-155. Could these possibly match? The only way to know for sure is to find some way to remove your existing operator so that you can compare dimensions.
