23-9 doesn't match any option we have, I'm afraid. Your best bet is to weigh your sash on a scale, then reference the chart we show on the S377-24 store page. That shows you each option and how much weight they can support. If your sash weight exceeds all the options shown, then tell me what it is and we can try to work out a solution.
