nylon casement lock component

A handy person from Pennsylvania says:
The attached photos show the front and back of the metal latch housing and the nylon locking mechanism which is broken. I'd like to purchase several pieces of the nylon part.

Thanks for posting! This lock looks very similar to our 38-114. Take a look and compare its dimensions to your own and see if you agree. That little white plastic piece is not available separately, however, and it is not meant to be detached. You will have to replace the whole lock if it comes off like that.

I also think you have the older discontinued version of this lock, judging by the color of that plastic piece. The newer style lock have a black insert. While the newer version can, indeed, replace the discontinued model, you will need to replace the keepers. Take a look at our 38-276 and 38-277, which work with the 38-144.
