A handy person from Rockford, IL says:
This is off one of five that will need hinge sets and operators . I don't believe they are Caradco as there is no secondary arm to move the hinge. There have been others repaired with Caradco parts with a shorter operator arm and with the seconday arm to move the hinge and the second attaching bracket. I can see the part number 20755 as well as Truth Entry Guard stamped on the replacements.
If Caradco parts will work, how do I determine correct placement of the secondary bracket which moves the hinge?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
This looks to be a Truth model operator, similar to our 39-013. There is no need for the short second arm to repair this window. I'm not sure why your windows would be repaired in such a way. Either way, the 39-013 appears to be our best match.
