A quick learner from STONE MOUNTAIN, GA says:
Since my old wood door has no pre-existing groove, is it possible to successfully install this product with an adhesive like LOC-TITE or with small screws or nails?

Did you look at the 58-026 wool-pile with the adhesive back? If you have to use the 58-050, you could try a contact cement. However, which ever one you decide on you must clean the surface first. You can also consider installing this on a wood door with staples or short flat head nails.

You also might get lucky at your local mom & pop hardware store. They may have wood door weather stripping (usually sold in long strips).
