patio door roller

It looks like 81-004 or 81-277 but i can,t remove it. It is in our sliding heavy door.

I'm afraid there's no way to know for sure without removing your old roller and comparing it to our pictures and measurements. Seeing as how you're from Florida, I can make an educated guess and suggest the 81-004. This is a popular assembly down south. However, there is no guarantee that it is the right one.
