Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Can you confirm the spacing between your installation hole centers? We don't have anything that measures only 3". The mortise lock closely resembles our 82-223, which can work with our 82-033 and 82-020. Could they work for you?
A professional from California says:

That door (Marshall?) uses a 3-15/16 center handle. You could use 82-306, but you need to know that you won't be able to get a screen past it. You might be better off with a surface mounted lock like 82-005. You would need to add a lock cylinder (82-310). There may also be a problem with the frame being too thin for the cylinder to fit. You might need to reuse the (slightly) raised old pull. This might be time for an expert. Please explain all that is involved when calling.

A contractor says:
Yes! This will work. Thank you
