pivot lock clip for tilt in window

A home owner from Oceanport, NJ says:

clip is 7/8 inch long, 1/2 inch wide at wide part that locks into pivot lock, rest is 3/8 inch wide. has little handle that says pull. has '1' stamped on handle.
