pivot shoe replacement

A home owner from Egg Harbor Township says:
I need to replace several broken pivot shoes from single hung Patriot windows. The windows are original in a house built during 1998. No markings or numbers are obvious and since there is no cut out, I can't remove the shoes until I order the jamb spreaders.

The pivot shoe is 9/16" thick and 1-1/4" wide.

Attached also is a picture of one broken pivot shoe.

After we determine the correct shoe, I will several the required installation tools.

Thanks for your assistance.

Based on your dimensions, I would recommend our 15-118 pivot shoe. Look it over and see what you think.
