product 23-225

A quick learner from Columbia says:
How is the 23-225 roller raised and lowered. It looks like the screw just goes up and down without touching or adjusting anything, and I can move the unit with my hand no matter how tight I adjust. thanks. I saw this video attached the product but I still am not able to figure it out.

I'm not sure what your question is, exactly. Are you having trouble turning the adjusting screw? The 23-225 roller assembly adjusting screw is attached to the nylon wheel housing. As you turn the screw, it lowers or raises the nylon housing in the metal housing. There's not much more to it than that.
A professional from CA says:
Because the head of the screw is pushing up from underneath, you need to unscrew the screw to raise the door. The inside part will move freely until the head of the screw hits the top of the outer part. Most rollers are the opposite.
