rail and wheels for patio sliding door

A quick learner from D.C. says:
The door was made by Certainteed in 2005. The model number is: New Castle XT SGD P.L. #070-066. I saw a rail part # 80-106 on your web, but its rail is off-center a lot (the one I have is more centered). I have no idea about wheels because there are so many different types on your web. Please help on the rail and wheel selections. I assume that I need two wheel assemblies, right?

It appears the door rail is still good, but the track cover is worn. See our 80-102 for a possible match. The video below should also help.
I'm afraid there's no way to confirm what rollers you have based on this picture. Some Certainteed doors have been known to use our 81-149, but the only way to know for sure is to remove the original and compare its physical attributes.
