remove/installation window panel before replacing the 1-1/4" T-Lock

A quick learner from Albuquerque says:
Hi,
My tilt window felled down accidentally while I was cleaning it (with tilt position). One end was out of the channel balance (S795-27B) and the T-lock was broken into pieces, while another end was twisted.

I've ordered 2 T-lock parts from your store, I think I know how to insert the T-lock into the balance, but I am not sure how to install the balance and window panel. Do you have some instructions? If you have a youtube link, that would be great.

Attached image1 is the balance parts number (27B).
Attached image2 shows the bottom of the window panel. It has a metal pin that inserts into the T-lock. I saw a screw on the bottom, do I need to remove the screw, in order to remove the window panel?

Thank you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I wouldn't remove the screw. That holds the pivot bar in, and it won't really make taking out the sash any easier. It's actually simpler to replace this balance than you might think.

A quick learner says:
I figured it out and solved the issue after I received the parts I ordered.

Thanks a lot for your reply and quality services.
