removing non-tilt windows

A quick learner from California says:
I watched your video on removing a non-tilt window sash, but...
my 1978 windows do not have viewable take out clip. It only has, at the top, a screw in a little aluminum clip. Aluminum windows. Can you tell me the procedure for removing. I am asking because of the difference. See pic attached.

I think yours should work on the same principle as ours. It's just that your take out clip is stationary. Have you tried removing your sash in a similar method as what we show in our video?
