replace upper track for sliding patio screen door

A home owner from Salem, Massachusrtts says:

The upper track of my sliding patio seen door seems to be made of rubber or vinyl. Definitely not metal it looks like originally it might have rolled out snd been glued to the door frame.
I have tried everywhere from Home Depot to local door and window merchants. No help. The door itself is fine, no rips or tears or anything. I just need to replace the upper track. Please can you help me?

Hello, Gwen. We don't carry any rubber tracks, but I'd be happy to help as best as I can. Would you be able to show us a couple pictures of your existing track? Also, is there any specific reason why you wouldn't be able to use a metal track as a substitute?
