replacement bubble seal weather strip for Pozzi windows

Hello, I have aging weather stripping on several Pozzi awning-style windows.
The bubble seal weather stripping has disintegrated, but I found enough for some photos.

The overall width is about 1/2 in.
The bubble is probably 1/4 in in diameter, and the attachment strip is also about 1/4 in.

Do you have any replacement?
