replacement casement Hurd mechanisms

A contractor from West Boylston Ma says:
I have a customer that had his casement window fall out and bend his casement crank. He would like to change all of the mechanisms including hinge points and the cranks. In the picture you can see the crank is screwed to the inside face of the window. The previous cranks were made by hurd. Is this possible for me to replace and if so what parts do you recommend? Thank you!

Good Morning,

Take a look at the 39-317 & 39-318 style crank operator. See if the arm measurements match up to your original operator. Let me know if the measurements do not match up. (Note: handles are not included with the operator)

The window hinge looks like our 36-013-10
