SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

replacement operator assembly i.d.

A home owner from Sandpoint, ID says:
Two of our casement windows have worn out cranks so that the windows can't be opened with the handles (45012) . The house was built in 1984 so I assume that is when the windows were installed.

I've attached a photo of the assembly and want to know what parts have to be replaced, if the parts are available (30470LH - and I assume my other window would be RH), at what cost, and if it is too difficult for a novice to replace the parts.

Thanks for your assistance.

Good morning. Thanks for posting! Please take a look at our 39-031 & 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.
