replacement patio screen door rollers

A quick learner from USA says:
Replacement patio screen door rollers seem to have very weak pivot point clamps. Do yours actually stay in place?

I'm not sure what it is you're referring to. Do you have a particular SWISCO product in mind? If so, can you give me the product code? From there I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. In general, we stand behind the products we sell and believe they will work exactly as intended. I can go into more detail on the precise function of the part you're looking at once I have a reference.
A quick learner from USA says:
84-016 & 84-101 are the part numbers. sorry I thought they were in the inquiry.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for clarifying! I don't recall any specific issues with these clamps. One thing to consider is the corner to which these rollers attach. It's possible the little tabs are worn down a little. I would check that in your door to see whether or not that could be the culprit.
