Hello! Please see our 26-366. This looks a bit like what you have. The only difference I see is the tip; yours has "T" shape while ours is a "U" shape. That said, I think you can still use ours. The "T" shape of your pivot bar tip isn't critical in the window operation and ours should still fit in the shoe, which is all it needs to do.
